User Data Deletion Instructions

Rate My Rate is operated by Lawrence Park Mortgage. If you have used Rate My Rate through Facebook or Meta and would like your personal data deleted, you can request deletion by emailing us at adam@lawrenceparkmortgage.com.

Please include the email address associated with your request and write "Rate My Rate Data Deletion Request" in the subject line. We will review and process eligible deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal, regulatory, fraud prevention, security, or recordkeeping obligations that require us to retain certain information.

If you contacted us through a lead form, mortgage rate quote form, booking flow, or other Rate My Rate interaction, this request will apply to personal information held by Rate My Rate/Lawrence Park Mortgage for that interaction.
